Spokojenost a loajalita zákazníků v gastronomických podnicích

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of customer satisfaction and subse-quent loyalty in gastronomic establishments in Southern Moravia. Another goal of the thesis is to determine changes in customer behaviour due to the Covid-19 pan-demic. Auxiliary data for the problem analysis is collected through a questionnaire survey and evaluated using IPA analysis and statistical methods. After analysing the collected data to increase customer satisfaction, a proposal for solving the cri-sis aspects of gastronomic establishments is presented.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the level of influence of destination quality factors on the loyalty of visitors in the mountain regions of Liptov and Tatras. In addition, the work examines the satisfaction of visitors with quality factors in the summer and winter seasons. These are then compared with the importance of the same factors. Marketing research was used to obtain primary data using a questionnaire survey. The data were then evaluated using IPA analysis and multiple regression analysis.

Novotná, D. Service quality at amusement and theme parks. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. This diploma thesis deals with the most important key service quality factors at amusement and theme parks in the Czech Republic from the point view of visitors. There are used secondary and primary data for the classification of these factors. Also the environment and offer of entertainment in theme parks in the Czech Republic is characterized. The primary research is concerned with the level of service and quality of a particular theme park with regard to visitors´ satisfaction and loyalty. For the rating of satisfaction is used SERVQUAL and IPA analysis. Based on these results, general recommendations are established for the theme park management and also possibly for the destination management. Moreover, the park management will gain information about visitors and their preferences from this evaluating survey. According to these data of the quality level in the chosen theme park there are taken specific measures for increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors.

Bachelor thesis deals with quality evaluation of spa destination in terms of visitor. The aim is assessing the satisfaction with the individual factors of quality to tourism and their importance. Based on these results are formulated recommendations for destination Piešťany. The theoretical part is focused on the tourism, spa tourism, quality of tourism and spa. In practical part is introduced destination Piešťany, his-tory of this spa town and it's present situation. In the last part are evaluated the results of survey using IPA analysis and statistical methods and formulated a rec-ommendations for destination.

The goal is also to build a visitor´s profile of Znojmo area. The source of data for analysis is the primary research of wine destination visitors and the evaluation is carried out using IPA analysis.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation the quality of tourism in chosen destination Zemplínska Šírava and is devided into two parts. The theoretical part includes literature overview of a destination management, rural tourism, a quality of a destination, a loyalty to a destination and methods of an evaluation of the quality. The practical part includes analysis of a current situation in the destination and it is based on a questionary survey and the obtained results are evaluated by IPA analyse. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the quality of tourism in the destination and identify the factors, which influence the loyalty of customers. After that the thesis suggests recommendations for service providers.

Daňková, K. Perception of the quality of rural tourism in Slovakia. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The bachelor thesis deals with the perception of the quality of rural tourism in Slovakia from different age categories. The first part of the thesis is literary research that concentrates on the concepts of tourism, rural tourism and quality. It also includes an assessment of the current state of rural tourism in the Slovak Republic. The second part of the thesis evaluates the results of the survey in which respondents evaluated the performance and importance of 24 quality factors. At the same time, an IPA analysis of the answers of all respondents and answers of individual age categories is carried out. Finally, recommendations and suggestions are made to improve the quality of rural tourism in Slovakia.

Vlachová, Š. Loyalty to the destination. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The thesis deals with loyalty to the Moravian Karst region and its surroundings. In the first part of the work a literary research was made using Czech and foreign secondary sources. In the second part of the thesis a questionnaire survey was conducted, to which 408 respondents answered. Based on the results of this survey, visitors' satisfaction with the destination and their loyalty to it was examined. With the help of regression analysis and IPA analysis, the factors that most affect the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors were identified and recommendations for destination management were formulated based on this information.

The diploma thesis deals with the essential factors, which influence the satisfaction of the customers using services of the information centres. The main goal of the thesis is to identify these factors by means of primary research. The primary research is focused on both the domestic and the foreign visitors and reveals the demands, which determine the quality of services of information centres. Furthermore, the quality of the services, which were really provided to the customers by information centres, is evaluated within the thesis. The examined information centres are located in the Středočeský region including Prague, Liberec region and Pardubice region. For the identification of the quality of the services the model SEVQUAL was used. The outcomes of the research inform about the current situation regarding the quality of the services of the information centres. Finally, the recommendations to enhance the quality of information centres are formulated on the basis of primary research results.
